Character Concept Collaboration – Kayla

Had the opportunity to collaborate with Mirco Pierfederici to finalize the character concept design for Kayla. She is a determined rider who lost an arm in an accident but never gave up on her passion for dirt bike tricks and stunts. In the early design phase, the character was explored as having lost both an arm and a leg; however, we ultimately decided to reduce this to the loss of a single arm to avoid overwhelming the character with too many focal points. A true perfectionist, Kayla is a master of extreme maneuvers, constantly pushing the limits of what’s possible on a bike.
